This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. betbde will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify betbde immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your credentials have been compromised. betbde may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure while investigating any reported unauthorised access.
You must keep your registered contact details — including your email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date. betbde uses these details to communicate important account and security information. betbde accepts no responsibility for communications that fail to reach you as a result of outdated contact information.
All financial transactions on the betbde platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. betbde reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your betbde account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. betbde accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
Withdrawal requests are processed by betbde's payments team within the following timeframes:
betbde applies a zero-fee policy on all mobile wallet withdrawals for verified accounts. Bank transfer fees, if any, are displayed in the cashier at the time of withdrawal. betbde reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, at its absolute discretion.
Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. betbde does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.
